About me
Pat Ciccone has held positions across the educational spectrum, pre-K through 12 and at the college level and now works as a private Education Consultant with School Climate Consultants, LLC. Holding multiple superintendencies and directorships, Pat’s “North Star” has been improving school and community relations as the driver for school and district improvement. For well over a decade, Pat has been sharing school climate and restorative theory and strategies with schools and school districts to change adult practices, receiving national accolades for all her work. Pat currently serves on the CT SEL/School Climate Collaborative.
